This Listing, is for the gear only, that fits onto the pinion shaft.

The pinion shaft is not for sale.

Normally when a planetary stops turning during mixing,

this can be narrowed down to either the clutch dog threads stripping, broken planetary orbit cog or
the Drive Pinion Assembly gear has a hairline crack, causing it to slip.

We are now offering the gear only which you can fit onto your existing shaft.

The gear simply fits over the end of the shaft,

 and fits into place

when it is tapped down onto the shafts splines.

This gear is a re-manufactured spare part.

A505, A515, A707 & A717

Remanufactured Drive Pinion and a 100g tub of Food safe grease.

Normally when a planetary stops turning during mixing,
this can be narrowed down to either the clutch dog threads stripping, broken planetary orbit cog or
the Drive Pinion Assembly gear has a hairline crack, causing it to slip.

This re-manufactured Drive Pinion is made from high quality Stainless Steel,
with a Zinc Alloy gear, made to the same size as the original.

This part can easily be installed into your broken gearbox,
to give a new life to your mixer.

The grease is a premium quality food safe grease, which is used in the food Industry.
The grease is white, non toxic and the tub contains enough to re-grease a
5QT and 7QT gearbox.

Mechanical Skills are required.

This Clutch Dogs will fit the following models

A505, A515, A707 &A717

These re-manufactured Clutch Dogs are made from a high quality Zinc Alloy,

just like the original Clutch Dogs.

This part can easily be installed onto your broken gearbox,

to give a new life to your mixer.

Mechanical Skills are required.

I Recommend this part should only be fitted by a qualified competent person.

The casing has been cleaned and checked, and no faults found.

Comes with a brand new Felt.

The item may differ slightly from the pictures,

as I am selling a few of these.

Will also fit Blakeslee 5QT and 7QT Mixers.

All the parts in the kit are new, except the 3 gears and shim washers.
By simply exchanging the gears in the kit, for the ones in the gearbox,
you can convert your gearbox to run like a 901 Gearbox.
This means that your converted gearbox,
will now allow you to run both the liquidiser and the mixer at the same time.
This works by removing the ‘clutch dog assembly’ totally from the gearbox.

EACH TUBE CONTAINS ENOUGH SEALANT TO SEAL
A BLAKESLEE GEARBOX.

SEALANT WILL COME IN WHITE OR CLEAR,
DEPENDING ON STOCK AVAILABILITY.

THIS SEALANT HAS BEEN USED BY MYSELF ON MANY GEARBOX REFURBS.
