The pinion shaft is not for sale.

Normally when a planetary stops turning during mixing,

this can be narrowed down to either the clutch dog threads stripping, broken planetary orbit cog or
the Drive Pinion Assembly gear has a hairline crack, causing it to slip.

We are now offering the gear only which you can fit onto your existing shaft.

The gear simply fits over the end of the shaft,

 and fits into place

when it is tapped down onto the shafts splines.

This gear is a re-manufactured spare part.

A505, A515, A707 & A717

Remanufactured Drive Pinion and a 100g tub of Food safe grease.

Normally when a planetary stops turning during mixing,
this can be narrowed down to either the clutch dog threads stripping, broken planetary orbit cog or
the Drive Pinion Assembly gear has a hairline crack, causing it to slip.

This re-manufactured Drive Pinion is made from high quality Stainless Steel,
with a Zinc Alloy gear, made to the same size as the original.

This part can easily be installed into your broken gearbox,
to give a new life to your mixer.

The grease is a premium quality food safe grease, which is used in the food Industry.
The grease is white, non toxic and the tub contains enough to re-grease a
5QT and 7QT gearbox.
