DDR Wirewound resistor.
The 450 Ohm 15W rating is exactly the same as Kenwood’s Original Install.
I have had this wirewound resistor specially made, being slightly larger in its physical size,
it has a greater surface area, which in turn help’s dissipate the heat away from the motor more quickly,
thus prolonging the life of the mixer and removing the constant smell of burning.
